Intilop's three Patents with 51 claims accepted by the US patent office protecting their 76-Nanosecond Full TCP Offload Engine Technology.
Santa Clara, CA - September 04, 2012 - Intilop Inc., the leading developer and provider of advanced high complexity IPs, FPGAs/ASICs and system solutions in Network traffic acceleration/processing, security and storage, today announced that the three patents filed with a total number of 51 claims with US patent office has been accepted.
These patents are designed to protect the unique algorithms, architecture and design ideas in conjunction with hardware design techniques that use FPGA and ASIC technologies which make implementation of a full TCP/IP stack in hardware to perform its functions in 76 nanoseconds.
Intilop's method takes 10s of Nano-seconds as compared with 100s of Nano-seconds or microseconds that other hardware implementations have taken.
Intilop's 10 G bit TCP offload engine is essentially 20 G bit (full duplex) and delivers highest throughput and least latency in the industry.
"This technology, in addition to 10 G bit, has applications in other very speed traffic processing in networks that run at 40 G bit and beyond and raises the bar in ultra-low latency and ultra-high-performance systems. We are already shattering latency and bandwidth records in our network traffic processing engines. The fact that it is also highly customizable and scalable is very valuable for our customers” said K Masood, President and CTO.
Intilop's TCP Offload engines are targeted at markets for developers of FPGAs/ASICs/ASSPs, Network adapters and Very large scale FPGA-SoC IP integration which provide solutions for the end users in financial markets, web servers, email servers, high end servers in Data centers, Government network systems, University network systems.
Intilop Corporation is a pioneer as an advanced networking and custom IP developer, SoC/ASIC/FPGA integrator and engineering services provider for Networking, Network Security, storage and Embedded Systems. They offer silicon proven semiconductor IP and services with comprehensive hardware and software development experience.
